We had a couple of plumbing issues and I was concerned that it would end up being very costly. They fixed all the current problems,gave me an estimate on some long term solutions, and it was a very reasonable price for the work they did. I was very pleased and am thankful for their help!

This is a great company. All are very professional, reliable, and courteous. They've done several jobs for me, and it has always been outstanding service. These jobs have ranged from repair of simple leaks to a couple of jobs with more challenging access & diagnostics to resolve. They never make or leave a mess. They're good about providing options for any necessary repairs, and carefully lay out options when applicable for both basic services and possible upgrades. Great group. After having (2) plumbing companies to our home for septic alarm issues - PPS was recommended - I was impressed and pleased - Steve came out he was on-time, polite, knowledgeable, stayed in touch with his company for questions, kept me informed and explained everything including options and $$ amounts. This service call lasted longer than either of us expected and I know their afternoon schedule had to be rearranged due to the issues we had. However, the company handled this without blinking an eye - Steve left to get the materials needed, etc. came back went right to work and finished up!!! So thrilled to have found a company that has the same high work ethic that I grew up with. Can't thank them enough!!! A pleasure to work with!!!
