We visited the store on a Friday because we tried to call but got no answer. We were told to wait by the sales associate while she finished helping a customer. 20 minutes later she returned and asked "How can I help you?" We told her that we wanted to rent a car, she said " Sorry, we don't have any available". We asked her if another Enterprise would have a car, but apparently she couldn't help us with that. What a waste of time.
I didn't get contract until after the rental was complete
The Chrysler we rented was a disappointment , to say the least. It is such an odd car with a dial for gears, a most unusual starting and emergency braking system. Everything was anti-intuitive. It lacked comfort and leg room for back seat passengers. We have not had the choices we used to have from Enterprise.
The car we rented was perfect for our situation and the customer service was 100/10
